2. Nutribullet Blender

While we liked the high capacity of the Nutribullet Blender, it was plagued with a number of problems that need to be addressed.
As soon as we started using it, we immediately noticed that it was leaking, so we decided to tighten the blender cup.
Bad idea. As soon as we tried tightening the cup, the brittle plastic it was made of actually cracked, rendering the unit unusable.
For something that costs this much, we were disappointed to see the Nutribullet Blender being crippled by its cheap components.

3. Beast Blender
Test Results
The Beast Blender has a fundamentally flawed design.
The inside of the Beast Blender’s mixing cup has ridges, meaning you have to scrape the inside of the cup with a spoon to get all of your ingredients out of it.
To make matters worse, the Beast Blender lacks power. It was unable to blend the pieces of frozen fruit we put inside of it.
Add in its ridiculously high price, and we just can’t recommend this unit.

4. Ninja Personal Blender

Unfortunately, the Ninja Personal Blender failed to impress.
While the Ninja Personal Blender seemed to work well, our unit actually started smoking after just a few minutes of use.
We found this to be a cause for concern, as we became worried it was going to catch on fire!
When we went to continue testing the next day, the unit wouldn’t start. Apparently the motor burned out the first day, leaving us with a very expensive paperweight.
Add to this the average results, plus the fact that you have to buy them over and over again (you pretty much need to get a subscription), and the Patchology Eye Gels rated pretty low in our testing.

5. Blendjet

Besides the KoreClubCrush, the Blendjet is the only truly portable blender on this list. You can recharge it over USB.
Unfortunately, the battery in our unit fell short of the promised 15 uses. Our battery only had enough energy to blend around 8 or 9 times.
In addition, our Blendjet leaked, which is the last thing you want with a unit you’ll be carrying in your briefcase or purse.
Lastly, the Blendjet struggled with solid items like frozen juice cubes.
For roughly the same money, we much preferred the KoreClubCrush.
